Ingredients For Triple Delight Chinese Food

Chicken Breast = 1/2 lbs (Skinless & boneless)

Beef Tenderloin = 1 lbs (cuts in small pieces)

Snow Peas = 1/2 Cup

Shrimps = 1 lbs

Red Bell Pepper = 1/2 Cup (Chopped)

Baby Corn = 1/2 Cup

Broccoli = 1 Cup

Chinese Five Spice Powder = 1/2 tsp

Oyster Sauce = 1.5 tsp

Soy Sauce = 1.5 tsp

Corn Starch = 1 tsp

Chicken Stock  = 1/4 cup (Less Sodium)

Sugar (granulated) = 2 tsp

Peanut Oil

Steps for Making Triple Delight Chinese Food

Step 1
Take a small bowl and combine Five Spice Power, Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce and the chicken stock with cornstarch. place aside.

Step 2
Cut the beef, chicken breast and shrimps into small pieces also chopped snow peas, baby corn, bell pepper.

Step 3
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 2 tbsp peanut oil and coat the pan with oil. Once frying pan is lightly smoking add beef and chicken pieces and cook them for 2 minutes and then add shrimps and cook additional 3 minutes. Now add chopped  vegetables and stir-fry more for 3 minutes.

Step 4
Now add all sauces mixture which was you prepared earlier and mix everything, Now cook it for more few minutes but on medium heat until sauces become more thicker.

Step 5
